Program Description
The Onoh’s Malasada Co. text message program sends recurring marketing and promotional messages about limited-time offers, new menu items, store events, location hours, and special promotions to subscribers who have opted in. The program is operated by Onoh’s Malasada Co.
How to Opt In
You may join the Onoh’s Malasada Co. text message program by texting the keyword YUM to 855-974-4876 from the mobile number you wish to enroll. By texting the keyword, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Onoh’s Malasada Co. at that number.
After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message identifying the program and restating the terms below. Consent is obtained only from the subscriber for their own mobile number. We do not add numbers to this program without the subscriber’s direct opt-in, and we do not purchase, rent, or import third-party phone lists.
Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Onoh’s Malasada Co. You may order from us, use our website, and participate in our other programs without joining the text message program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Subscribers can expect to receive approximately 2 to 6 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Onoh’s Malasada Co. does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates will apply to every message sent to or received from us. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us to unsubscribe. You may also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and you will receive no further marketing text messages from this program. To rejoin, opt in again using the keyword described above.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, and we are not liable for any delay or failure in delivery.
Supported Carriers
The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice, as well as many smaller regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll, to participate in the text message program. The program is available to subscribers with U.S. mobile numbers.
Privacy and Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Mobile information may be disclosed only to the subcontractors that directly support the operation of our messaging program, such as our messaging platform provider, and those parties are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Orders, Catering, and Gift Cards

Catering orders may require advance notice, a minimum order, and a deposit. Terms specific to your catering order will be confirmed in writing before the order is finalized. Gift cards carry no cash value except where required by law and cannot be redeemed for cash.
